The case management plan for my FIRST federal suit

Long time readers will remember my first federal suit, filed on 3/19/03, the day the bombing of Baghdad began.

I just posted the 11/29/05 case management plan

It’s about time I issue a press release about VERIZON.  My project for the weekend is to scan and post the $0 statements, their subsequent “refund” check which I did NOT deposit and they later started COLLECTING.

Despite my complaint with the FCC, Verizon sent the fraudulent bill to a collection agency. 

Despite my lawsuit, they have yet to apologize. 

Just like Pacific Bell.
