Calling on Cal AG and governor candidate Jerry Brown to arrest Mark Cella (FDRS)
My DEMAND to AG Jerry Brown for arrests and restitution
Of course I’m fully aware that AG Brown couldn’t possibly care less if he wasn’t running for governor.
I gave him over a week, until next Friday, to respond and take ACTION. I doubt I’ll get a response.
The internet is becoming more and more important for the candidates and just about every newspaper allows comments. It’ll be interesting to see if people care enough to MAKE Jerry Brown do what’s right.
Of course this is NOT just about FDRS, the debt settlement fraud is EVERYWHERE. The regulators do NOTHING.
I don’t even know who else is running for governor aside from the Ebay CEO (PayPal) Meg Whitman and I definitely prefer Jerry Brown over her. All the media coverage I’ve seen is ONLY about Brown and Whitman, I have to check Wiki to see who else is running.
California gubernatorial election, 2010
For all of you NOT in California, remember that California is larger than most countries and and has frequently paved the way for NATIONAL policies. Unfortunately, California is now leading the way into bankruptcy and lawless corporatism.
California COULD be the state to declare independence from the international bankers, start their OWN state bank and tell the national banks to get the hell out of California.
Capital One subsequently formed a NATIONAL bank after California and other states sued it for its vile and illegal practices.
It SEEMS like California was on the right track back then. What happened? Why did California capitulate to the federal government?
North Dakota did many years ago what California SHOULD have done in 2003: start its STATE bank.
The search results for Ellen Brown’s articles related to North Dakota.
Apparently Schwarzenegger ignored Ellen’s article:
But Governor, You Can Create Money! Just Form Your Own Bank
I can only hope that the PEOPLE don’t ignore what’s going on and decide to stop paying the national banks and start looking at alternative lifestyles.
We’ve been very busy with our gardens and it’s time to continue work on our greenhouse.

Incredible FDRS damage reports
Got some fantastic damage reports.
But we’ll need more than 5 people to MAKE the California AG investigate.

Chase forgives defrauded consumers’ debts and deletes charge-offs (FDRS)
I just posted an extensive update on the Chase v. Hess Kennedy et al suit along with key documents at the FDRS scam blog:
7/09: Chase forgives the debts of account holders defrauded by Hess Kennedy debt elimination scam
While the Florida AG sued Hess Kennedy to have a receiver appointed and get Chase $4.4 million, the California AG has apparently done NOTHING despite FULL KNOWLEDGE of the FDRS fraud and illegal practice of law. My call to Gayle Weller who has supposedly been investigating since last year has not yet been returned.
I’m about ready for an open letter to Cal AG Jerry Brown.
Are they on the FDRS payroll or “only” extraordinarily incompetent?
The FL AGs filings explain in detail how they audited the bank accounts and determined that funds had been sent to the Cayman islands. The California AG does NOTHING?

Debt Crisis Solutions SCAM—should the profiteers or the hungry thieves be murdered?
It took several submissions to GCN and posts at Alex Jones’ websites to FINALLY get them to STOP advertising FDRS.
I’m listening to the Alex Jones Sunday podcast and now they’re advertising Debt Credit Solutions - another 1000% FRAUD just like FDRS.
Just like FDRS, they have NO information to substantiate their ridiculous false claims and instead they abuse Aaron Russo’s AMERICA: FREEDOM TO FASCISM to promote their scam.

It’s like playing Whack-A-Mole. As soon as you have one fraud eliminated, the next one pops up.
In the beginning of the show, Alex did a real good rant on the guy who got killed at Walmart by these morons who actually were upset - NOT because they killed a man, but because the Wal-Mart closed and they could not SHOP.
Sickos.
Then Alex became totally hysterical, SCREAMING how he LOVES it when home invaders get killed and how we must all kill. KILL, KILL, KILL!!!
Of course crime and especially theft goes up when people lose their jobs and the economy is so bad. Why kill someone because they’re stealing some food or “stuff?”
Should Alex Jones and/or Ted Anderson GCN CEO) be killed because they PROFIT from the Debt Crisis Solutions FRAUD?
If not, why not?
Who is evil?
The person who is hungry and breaks into a house and steals or the wealthy person who advertises a fraud that will DESTROY people?
Alex Jones and Ted Anderson are very well off. They’re not hungry. They live in comfortable houses and are much richer than MOST Americans. But they just HAVE to get more money, advertise criminals, with no regard for how many listeners’ lives they destroy.
Oh, now I’m hearing the next credit scam advertisement: Radio Credit Secrets
I checked out their affiliate program: http://www.creditsecretsbiblepartners.com/
It’s truly incredible what low lives Alex Jones and Ted Anderson are.
Well, I’ll go back to working on Trado, doing what I can to keep people from having to resort to stealing and hopefully soon get started with the scam and fraud free Trado advertising network.

Mark Cella (FDRS) moronic comments?
I just posted the comments and emails at the forum.
Just yesterday I posted at the FDRS blog:
I’m hopeful that the Cal AG is serious about investigating FDRS because I’m really tired of all these emails from “victims” pleading for help, yet refusing to get off their asses to DO something.
There are a few exceptions, but not many.
