Nancy Fraser, Fair Isaac

Called her on Friday, she's their legal agent. Fair Isaac counsel advised her that they will NOT sign the waiver.

She refused to put that in writing, I explained that under federal rules they'll have to reimburse me for the cost of serving. She didn't think that was true, and I told her that it says so on the Waiver. She told me she would call their legal department in Minnesota and let me know if they change their mind. Fat chance!

She also would not provide ANY contact info for their legal department. It's about time I put that on the web.

At CreditForum.org you can read how they relate.

I don't see anybody talking about those partnerships and affiliations, and what the implications are.

Where does your data go when you order your FICO scores?

Called Rhonda at MyFICO.com

She was very pleasant, had the notes from my last call, recommended that I order TU through THEIR site to have the fraud/hawk alert deleted.

For Equifax she gave me the 877-227-8794 to verify my ID. I'm holding there right now.

Ordered PrivacyGuard, can’t order at Fair Isaac

After the PG order went through, I checked Fair Isaac and tried to reorder Equifax:

"Your account is locked. For more info please click contact us and send us an email, or call 1-800-319-4433."

Called and they were closed.

Called Fair Isaac about my TU report

My TU report was declined last night:

"Your account is locked. For more info please click contact us and send us an email, or call 1-800-319-4433."

I have to call TU at 800-680-7289 because TU locked my report.

I asked why PrivacyGuard can get my report, he didn't know.
