Trado opportunities for mortgage brokers and Alex Jones fans
I just posted a couple new listings at http://trado.info/
Heard an NPR interview today about the SAME subprime lenders who caused the mortgage crisis now being FHA approved and getting ready for massive refis. There’s talk about FHA 4.5% loans and I can just see scummy brokers AGAIN making a ton of money on refis.
Only in America ...
I know that brokers don’t like to disclose how much they make. It used to be the LAW when I brokered loans in California in the 90s and that’s how it SHOULD be. I charged a flat fee of $2,000 for loans + a processing fee ($350?) and it didn’t matter to me whether the borrower wanted a no cost loan or the lowest rate. Often my clients got a check from me at closing to refund commissions over $2,000.
In the 90s, we had to do a TON of paper work, submit loan packages with over an inch of paper, usually in duplicate. A TON of work, especially when it was a difficult loan that had to be submitted to several lenders. I assume that loan packages are now mostly electronically transmitted and that it’s a lot less labor/paper intensive.
I rarely worked with real estate agents because they often have buyers apply with several lenders and I didn’t like working for free. My clients did NOT double app. When I took an application, I would do the loan. I’d like Trado members to also commit and not make the broker work for nothing.
It takes TWO to create an honest deal.
If you know a mortgage broker who you think qualifies, please have him/her contact me at Trado. And if they’re not interested, that’s a strong indication that they’re not quite as honest and competent as you thought.
Brokers usually charge whatever they can get away with.
Regarding the job to post interviews or links to online interviews/movies, there should be many Alex Jones fans interested.

Debt Crisis Solutions SCAM—should the profiteers or the hungry thieves be murdered?
It took several submissions to GCN and posts at Alex Jones’ websites to FINALLY get them to STOP advertising FDRS.
I’m listening to the Alex Jones Sunday podcast and now they’re advertising Debt Credit Solutions - another 1000% FRAUD just like FDRS.
Just like FDRS, they have NO information to substantiate their ridiculous false claims and instead they abuse Aaron Russo’s AMERICA: FREEDOM TO FASCISM to promote their scam.

It’s like playing Whack-A-Mole. As soon as you have one fraud eliminated, the next one pops up.
In the beginning of the show, Alex did a real good rant on the guy who got killed at Walmart by these morons who actually were upset - NOT because they killed a man, but because the Wal-Mart closed and they could not SHOP.
Sickos.
Then Alex became totally hysterical, SCREAMING how he LOVES it when home invaders get killed and how we must all kill. KILL, KILL, KILL!!!
Of course crime and especially theft goes up when people lose their jobs and the economy is so bad. Why kill someone because they’re stealing some food or “stuff?”
Should Alex Jones and/or Ted Anderson GCN CEO) be killed because they PROFIT from the Debt Crisis Solutions FRAUD?
If not, why not?
Who is evil?
The person who is hungry and breaks into a house and steals or the wealthy person who advertises a fraud that will DESTROY people?
Alex Jones and Ted Anderson are very well off. They’re not hungry. They live in comfortable houses and are much richer than MOST Americans. But they just HAVE to get more money, advertise criminals, with no regard for how many listeners’ lives they destroy.
Oh, now I’m hearing the next credit scam advertisement: Radio Credit Secrets
I checked out their affiliate program: http://www.creditsecretsbiblepartners.com/
It’s truly incredible what low lives Alex Jones and Ted Anderson are.
Well, I’ll go back to working on Trado, doing what I can to keep people from having to resort to stealing and hopefully soon get started with the scam and fraud free Trado advertising network.

FICO score increased 6 points after deletion of 2 collections, 12 points after using old account
The ONLY two old collections were deleted. The Equifax FICO score increased from 666 to 672.
Disappointed client. There would have been a larger increase if we didn’t have the 76% B/L ratio.
A few days later a $77 balance showed on his JC Penney card and the score went to 684.
That’s a 12 point gain, TWICE the 6 point gain for the deletion of the 2 collections.
And once he paid the account and the $0 balance is reported, he might get a few more points because he’ll have fewer accounts with balances.
When I reviewed the reports, I couldn’t tell whether the JCP account was still open. The DLA was in 2000. The client also didn’t know whether the account was open, didn’t have the card anymore. He called and they immediately sent a new card.
Compare the effort people put in getting collections deleted with how easy it is to make a quick phone call and then go shopping.
Of course a RECENTLY ASSIGNED collection can lower the scores by over 70 points, even if the collection is 6 years old. It all depends on the specific reporting of collections and WHAT ELSE is on the report.
That’s why I really can’t give advice without reviewing the reports and that takes anywhere from 3 to 6 hours, depending on the number of accounts and especially derogatories.
What reason do we have to put up with this absurd system, designed explicitly to exploit people who are NOT wealthy?
Last night I posted about the new Trado and then contemplated ways to eliminate Dollar debts owed to banks by refinancing Dollar debts with Trados.
These aren’t easy concepts for people who never looked into alternative currencies and how the banks create Dollars. But it’s a LOT easier to understand than trying to figure out why you deserve lower interest rates and insurance premiums because you just went shopping a JCP.
Soon we won’t need the commercial banks, credit bureaus and credit scores.
They destroyed the global economy and it’s up to us to do whatever it takes to survive. Only corporations are being bailed out.
The banks, insurance companies and credit bureaus can focus an screwing each other and making billion dollar loans to failing corporations and governments by creating trillions of dollars until the dollar is worthless.
We don’t have to be part of the failing system.

Gerald Celente: “Rip up that front lawn with grass you can’t eat or smoke …”
Yesterday I posted the Alex Jones interview of Gerald Celente at http://creditfactors.com/resistance/viewtopic.php?f=15&t=93
“Rip up that front lawn with grass you can’t eat or smoke ...”
What a great quote. Gerald recommended growing food. It wouldn’t surprise me if some communities had ordinances prohibiting growing food in the front yard. I sure haven’t seen it done anywhere in a long time and most communities don’t allow you to have chickens.
Gerald also talked about POSITIVE things coming out of this crisis. He is NOT a psychic, he looks at FACTS and TRENDS. He’s been saying that a phenomenal breakthrough in alternative power (free power) would change the grim economic outlook.
He obviously hasn’t seen my plans for Trados (the new currency) and how the economy can be saved by creating an alternative system and simply ignoring the banks, politicians and whatever they cook up to divert tax payer money to the large corporations. Let them do what they want with the dollar.
As long as people have Trados to buy food, maintain their homes and cars and pay for health care, things will be OK. Actually, not just ok, but hopefully a lot better than now.
Just like banks, we create our new money, the Trado
