RNB (Target) - FINALLY reporting credit limits

Going to name Retailers National Bank in my new filing
I recently spoke to RNB about why they lowered my Mervyns limit (nonuse) and asked that it be raised again, and they ran a hard inquiry. Since I have to file a new suit against Equifax and Capital One anyway, I'm adding RNB for that inquiry and the refusal to report the limit for Target. It's weird, my Target Visa, Mervyns and JC Penney all report the limit, only Target doesn't -- and it's all the same bank, RNB.
MIS made a point of insisting that RNB verified the incorrect limit and I'd also like to find out why they didn't notify me that they lowered my Mervyns limit and they did not send me an adverse action letter.
It really sucks that I have to buy crap I don't need just to keep my credit limits.
And I know, I could buy stuff and then return it a few weeks later. I just don't see why I should have to drive to Vegas TWICE just for that. I haven't been in Vegas for a years and a half and have absolutely no need to drive to Vegas now.
