The MasterCard Gestapo in action:  creditforum.org is a “credit card fraud site.”

And I must be the “fraudster.”

I have so much going on, but while looking for a “free speech” host at WebHostingTalk it became necessary to finally deal with the MasterCard totally false accusations and Servint’s incredible decision to give me ** 48 hours ** to delete or have my VPS shut down.

The Servint.com and Mastercard correspondence

It should be self explanatory.

It sure is depressing that the consensus at WHT is that there is no host in the US willing to demand a court order.

On the bright side, Allison at EFF.org got me a lead for a free speech host:

Marc Perkel’s Computer Tyme Web Hosting:

http://www.ctyme.com/hosting/

I like Marc’s site a lot and I hope his policy hasn’t changed.

EFF might want to provide a list of hosts not afraid of the corporate lawyers - if you know any other hosts please let me know.

I’m embarrassed that I don’t even have the blue ribbon at any of my sites.  You better believe that will change.  I really had no idea how bad things are.
