Brett Smith with the US Marshals won’t do anything to protect ME

Brett Smith is the Judicial Security Inspector and he is only concerned with the security of judges, especially while I’m still alive to complain about it.

I guess my ghost is supposed to file a wrongful death lawsuit after someone murdered me, I just love this country.

The marshal didn’t make the 500 mile round trip to give me two pieces of paper, but to determine whether I was a threat to judge Broomfield.  And he determined that I wasn’t a threat.  What did he expect?  A truckload full of fertilizer in the driveway?  None of this makes any sense to me.

Interestingly, it is NOT illegal to post anyone’s credit report.  So it is my understanding, that anyone could post a judge’s credit report and there is nothing they could do other than to try to intimidate people by sending marshals to their home.

Mr. Smith will do absolutely NOTHING to assist me with MY security concerns.

I asked for his fax number (602-382-8730) and I’ll send him a call summary, my conclusions and questions before I send out a press release, want to make sure I got this right.

If you have any suggestions about any other federal or state agency to contact regarding the publication of personal identifying information such as credit reports, please let me know.

I have to admit that even though it’s not illegal, I’m too afraid to post judge Broomfield’s credit report.  I don’t have the money for a lawyer and who knows if I’d even get the opportunity to make a phone call.  I’ve never been in jail and don’t plan on adding a chapter about my time in prison to my book.

Apparently I do NOT have to be worried about posting Marc Carlson’s and the Jones Day and Experian execs’ and employees credit reports.

I’ll greatly appreciate assistance with getting addresses and personal data to order the reports.  Can’t wait to see what their objections will be—if any.
