Systemic violations: Experian failure to report the date of first delinquency and date of chargeoff
I posted the screenshot and some questions:
Experian’s failure to report the date of first delinquency and date of charge-off
This was part of my 2003 suit, my first federal suit, and it cost me over $5,000 to travel to Dallas in 2006 to take Experian depositions. It was a giant waste of time and money.
I had to dismiss Experian after they filed my completely unredacted credit reports on PACER and judge Broomfield refused to have my reports removed. The 9th circuit court of appeals agreed with him.
My petition for rehearing / en banc re. Experian filing my unredacted credit reports
Nobody can claim that I haven’t done EVERYTHING possible short of public suicide to expose the problems.
