ABSOLUTE proof that I made no defamatory statements
According to the restraining order, I’m not allowed to mention the lawsuit that this is about because it would reference the doctor who sued me to “clean up the internet” of any references to her extremely unhappy patients and her harassment litigation against anyone who writes about the litigation and mentions her name.
However, I CAN mention her attorney Irving Johnson with Pryor Johnson Carney Karr Nixon, P.C. and I’m going to start a NEW site about this litigation, am contemplating what to use for the URL.
On 7/21/09 attorney Johnson once again threatened me and demanded deletion of all REFERENCES to his client.
I asked:
Is there ANY defamatory statement about your client at any of my websites?
Attorney Irving Johnson:
Delete ALL references to my client Ms. Baker and we will be delighted to conclude this, but skip the rest.
Tell me when you’ve finished.

7/21/09: ABSOLUTE proof that I made NO defamatory statements
A lot as happened in recent weeks, I just haven’t had time and now that I have to start an all NEW blog it may be a few days till I catch up.
America is now a fascist country.
The government is run by the corporations who own almost all politicians.
The courts are corrupt and with few exceptions, the judges sign whatever the attorneys submit. Judges actually ENCOURAGE perjury and if anyone can explain how justice can be based on FALSE statements, please post.
Of course I know that I can’t change the world by myself.
But last night, as I was so depressed after deleting the site and posts, I thought of my Mom. She was 10 years old in 1945 and lived in Germany. During the day, the SS made her, her aunt and other women and children dig a trench to keep the American tanks from getting to town.
At night, they quietly filled the trenches again.
A 10-year old girl did what she could. If just a FEW of us stop being so afraid and take action, we can also win.
NOBODY will come to the rescue. THIS is it.
I was raised to NEVER blindly follow orders.
Of course I have to comply with the court order just like my Mom had to dig the trench during the day. But that doesn’t mean that we can’t work on alternatives.
I hope that at least a few of you will take a couple minutes and POST about this case at your favorite forum.
You can be anonymous and you risk nothing. You need NO courage, no money, just a few minutes. Please do YOUR part. This isn’t just about bad doctors, it’s about EVERYTHING.

2009 doctor [CENSORED] free speech litigation • (1) Comments • Permalink
Judges love perjury...except from the innocent and powerless. They love perjury because they use the lies to base their decisions,while knowing that only the attorney who presented it can be cited. We can not expect Judges to THINK can we? The Judge who granted this injunction is in comtempt of court and lazy. For him to say that
“"sufficient factual information has been provided to warrant the entry of a temporary restraining order without Defendant having notice or an opportunity to be heard."” proves he has no seen no evidence at all,because it does not exist. The judge is an active participant in a obvious attemt to intimidate you. You have to work to abide by an order drafted by a lunatic.
The attorney is a stupid arrogant little weasel who will soon be famous as a failure and his actions are going to hurt his client beyond repair.
