The first Sammye Richardson case - wow!
The first Tucson district Richardson case involving Ameriquest - well, not quite, there’s another previous case with the corporation as plaintiff. I gather she’s a developer who got screwed so bad she initially filed an application to proceed in forma pauperis.

I had a hundred properties, First American Title who have been caught in state after state bribing and giving kickback to people swindled our company, three of there agents were incarcarated and yet I have no seen a single penny back, we filed a rico case for civil damages for criminal convictions and the judge who sat of the federal case did no dicclose that he Judge Wanger was an ex partner of the Deep pocket Corp., and not did he tell us that he was ‘FATCO’ attorney, he enjoined all our assets and caused our attorney’s ta abandon us for lack of finances, two years later we found a note hidden on the docket, which exposed the connection between the Judge and the additional fact that the Jury was tampered by a note sent to them out side the court proceedings and the note was carried to them by the Judge’s clerk. Since then we have won a R60(b) motion in the ninth Circuit and are asking ninth Cir to remand and reverse the not guilty verdict against First American, I have also started applying to Law scholl, as I have a bachelors degree; Currently I am waiting for my LSAT result.email me at sammyerichardson.com
Why don’t you put your story on a website - especially what you wrote about Judge Wanger and the note to the jury, it sounds so unbelievable!
Although, I’m not saying I don’t believe you, just that it sounds so off the wall. Is he still on the bench?
Well, Sammye ( it’s a she) is totally nuts! Not only did she embezzle the homeowners association for years.. she could have sold any one of her properties and stopped the foreclosures. She constantly harrases the starr pass homeowners w/ these “lawsuits” dumped on their door step, but really, she needs medication and therapy more than a “day in court”. When she had the properties, and the power, she was a petty, mean vindictive person. Now that’s she’s lost it all.. all she can do is the obssesive compulsive thing and harrass people trying to prove it wasn’t her fault.. not the case.. it was… If she didn’t have the mental illness she does, she wouldn’t have lost it in the first place.. a very very sad case of karmic retribution for her actions..

Obviously, I know nothing about your allegations and they might well be true. But then again, you also sound like someone with a gripe.
MANY people have told me that I need to be locked up and take happy pills, so ... you’ll have to do much better than post unfounded allegations to convince me.
I’ve also seen real assholes fall off their high horse to experience what it’s like to be the screwee - so maybe that’s what happened.
I must admit.....Sammye is a crack addict. She has stolen money from poor old people and various retirement funds. Her ponzie scheme, outed in Federal Court in Fresno, allowed her to live a queen’s lifestyle. Her insatiable thrust for greed is finally catching up to her. May she live to 100 and be dirt poor, like many of the people she and her idiot husband stole from. It’s a crying shame her children, who are nice people, are caught up in their parents web of lies and deceit.
In the end, Sammye and Michael got what they deserve. Each other. Both brainless parrots that don’t have the capacity to think for themselves. I can’t wait until the IRS catches up with them, which should be soon. It’s a crying shame that the Federal Prosecutor didn’t prosecute them. Nothing would be more fitting then to see them in stripes.
