If you believe that your charge is a valid charge, have it posted on the Citizens Web-site on the Internet for all to see. Prior to this time, no person saw your charge and the attorney could continue as if no charge had been filed against him, since no current client or potential new client had access to that information.
Under the Rules, the ARDC can not disclose whether a charge of misconduct had been filed against the attorney you were inquiring about. We understand that this restriction applies only to the ARDC and does not apply to anyone else.
As a service to its members, Citizens is available to review your charge of ethical misconduct against your attorney and make suggestions before you submit it to the ARDC.

Neil A. Robin is currently my attorney. I can’t say I’ve been happy with his services. I am currently suffering legal ramifications because of him and his office.
Ralla Klepak is “representing” someone I know. The only way she can win anything is by intimidation and bullying. She is a disgrace to her profession.
And still licensed to practice law. It’s amazing to see how not only the State Bars protect the crooks, but even the consumer “advocate” attorney are incompetent cream skimmers.

I watched Ralla Klepak on another case and she tries to intimidate and seemed to contradict herself. A very mean vicious women.
I have been in contact with neil a robin he is my attorney and also ralla klepak she is my ex husbands attorney and I am getting such a raw deal in our custody battle our legal system is broken I need help ralla is an very evil person and she is taking advantage of me my lawyer and our entire leagal system
Ralla Klepak helps mothers become homeless and then claims them unfit. Who can afford $300 an hour in attorney fees? Don’t change religions or you will be considered unfit. Ralla Klepak has forgotten about Mothers Rights and Freedom of Religion. She thinks it is in the Child’s BEST Interest to have the mother homeless and file Bankruptsy! Ralla Klepak is clearly for the RICH!

I witness her in court taking children away from their mothers and acting without a concience. She is a shame to all women who bear children and a disgrace to Americans. She is selfish as her first love is money and she will do anything to get it from you. she loves to attempt to put parents in jail for not being able to cough up her fees of $300 an hour.
She has a dirty dirty office that would posssibly breed desease to even bring any child in there. She is owns a realtors office “Sentry realty” and has anyone wondered why or how her two jobs coincide? (just curious)

Yes, I’ve been in her office too. Talk about looking un-professional!!! There is dirty clutter everywhere and she has an old cat walking around rubbing up against people. At $300 an hour, can’t she afford to have the place cleaned? I sat in a chair and felt the cushion give way under me like it was broken (and I’m not heavy). I think she’s a very unhappy and probably lonely person who takes her miserable life out on everyone else. I’m sure she sleeps well at night...most crooks do.
I see that there are some comments about Ralla Klepak. I have had involvement with this woman and will bring her down for what she has done to me and to others. Whomever is interested in joining together, (Chuck?) please let me know. I will e-mail you some questions to answer for me. I will be looking for patterns in bahviour, people involved, etc.
This will take some time, but I will bring her down!
