Hi Christine,
As you know, Barbara and I were served with a lawsuit regarding the Tameira Hollander website. After careful consideration, we have decided to settle this matter now. The first step in the process involved our removal of the Hollander website. Barbara and I have also been working to remove any references which we may have made on various blogs and rating type websites. I have also agreed to ask that you please remove any remaining references to Tameira Hollander which may be published on the Creditsuit.org website (or any other website or blog over which you exercise control).
I have explained to Dr. Hollander’s attorney that we don’t have any control over you or the Creditsuit.org website, but I did agree to ask that you honor our request to remove the references to Tameira Hollander. The circumstances which lead to the creation of our website were pretty traumatic. Barbara and I (as well as Dr. Hollander) are attempting to put this matter behind us and get on with our lives.
Thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation in this matter.

They NEVER contacted me DESPITE my post requesting that any libelous statements be identified. Instead, they sued me without EVER contacting me again.
Would you want doctor Tameira Hollander handling your chart? Prescribe medication? Maybe have you take a deadly amount because the prescription is as incorrect as her email address?
I do NOT doubt that Barbara almost died on 7/29/06 because of Tameira Hollander’s malpractice and incompetence. She would have sued John and Barbara for lost income and she would have provided EVIDENCE that their allegations were false. Instead, she did what most corporations do. She hired expensive lawyers to FORCE the victims to remove the TRUE statements and they TRY to rewrite history and erase all signs of their misconduct.
There is NO WAY that I would let Tameira Hollander treat me or anyone I care about.
And I can only restate what I posted in August:
Of course I’ll NEVER remove “all references” to any sites.
At best, they can hope for a correction/update.
As I understand it, the court GRANTED the gag order containing this paragraph:
“Christine Baker and any agent on her behalf shall immediately remove the blog referencing Dr. Hollander from the website http://www.CreditSuit.org and any other website containing a negative reference or critical opinion of Dr. Tameira Hollander. “
There was a hearing in late October about it, but since I wasn’t served, I didn’t attend.
So here’s a clue for doctor Tameira Hollander:
Sue me, serve me and have EVERY court filing plastered all over the web!
I currently don’t even have a case number or court info, the order or any court filing.
Just like John and Barbara, I don’t have the $50 - 100K to pay a competent attorney. HOWEVER, this is no longer about whether Tameira Hollander almost killed Barbara, it’s about documenting what kind of FASCIST country America has become.
If you care about free speech and your life, I highly recommend that YOU start doing YOUR part.
This is the perfect opportunity to let the courts and the corporations know that they can’t get away with rewriting history. The corporations OWN almost all courts and they control the government.
When you file a complaint against a doctor, everything is SECRET just like when you file a complaint about a lawyer or judge.
In contrast, the corporations can blatantly lie about consumers, practically with impunity.
There are two sets of rules, one for corporations who have their lawyers get these orders to remove TRUE statements and then the other set of rules that requires that consumers PROVE beyond any doubt that a credit bureau or data furnisher reported incorrectly, that it was willful, that you had damages, etc. etc. etc.
*** Corporations have practically UNLIMITED funds for the BEST law firms.
*** Most consumers are essentially insolvent due the damages inflicted by credit bureaus, banks and collectors.
Most consumer victims don’t even have the filing fees, not to mention the many tens of thousands of dollars required for lawyers and depositions to prove that the corporate defendants committed perjury in their declarations in support of their motions to dismiss or motions for summary judgment.
I’ve been there, done it.

Absolute proof of the courts’ and judges’ corruption.
I wasted over $5,000 on depositions to PROVE that Experian’s Kimberly Hughes committed perjury to obtain the unjust dismissal of collector American Agencies. The 9th circuit court of appeals ignored EVERYTHING. Not to mention that it had no problem with Experian’s filing of my unredacted credit reports on PACER for download by ANYONE to force me to dismiss for nothing but removal of my credit reports from the public record.

Very timely, I got an email from a reader today who is being sued by RED DIAMOND TEA because she documented and publicized her ordeal trying to report Red Diamond Tea allegedly containing chromium, lead and mercury (according to the lab test) to the store where she purchased it, to Red Diamond Tea and to the government agencies who are supposed to protect us from toxic foods. I’ll post details once the complaint is online.
Obviously, the few Americans with the guts to stand up to the corporations don’t have the money to prevail.
Isn’t there just ONE person with enough $$$ to get a server in another country out of reach of the American judicial system?
Does such a country exist?
I know that you can get servers to SPAM, but that’s because the American government WANTS the spam as it stimulates the economy.
But there are also many servers hosting copyright materials such as movies and TV shows. I watched The Office last night on NBC and was immediately subjected to extremely offensive Capital One credit card commercials. So I just search the web for the pirated shows WITHOUT commercials for crap and scams. How do they do it?
All we really need is a server to ARCHIVE the sites that are ordered deleted by the corrupt American courts and a person with CONTROL over the server who cannot be served. Someone NOT subject to the court order can upload it, preferably anonymous, and then it STAYS online FOREVER. Please email or post any suggestions.

People put up porn sites every day. The servers they use cannot be subject to the court for removal as they make sure that before they are served or asked to seize and desist, they move their content in order that it be hosted overseas.
I am not sure who will do this for this just and good cause.
There is also IP masquerading. That would case norton etc to plunge a directive at you but not in all cases.
I feel not very helpful.
Sue, porn isn’t illegal in the US, only child porn is illegal. Most web hosts don’t allow adult sites, but some specialize in hosting x-rated materials.
Alex Jones used to offer web hosting for “free speech” sites, but of course he is subject to court orders. And he’s so worried about censorship now, he even got over a hundred phone lines so he can broadcast his show if his sites get shut down.
Australia REQUIRES internet filters and I’ve seen articles about many thousands of sites being blocked.
We’re not far from that in the US with the major broadband companies monitoring all activities and restricting bandwidth.
We may be back to the old days of dialup to usenet soon to get alternative news.
Most of the Porn out there these days shows underage women. Also forums for pedophiles. They’re no harm to direct government harassment, attorney’s either, because no one is suing.
It’s stupid to force your link down. Without a court order, via another person? You’re wise to do it however. I wonder if someone will come up with a site that they can control who is judgment proof. I think there’s a bit of collective intelligence here. I find you credible and reliable, there is a difference. I’m not sure all tell the whole truth, but I have yet to see anyone who has invested as much as you in this line of expertise. If I could make everyone do one thing, I’d mention they have to help look through open source forums, ask this kind of question, and recruit a volunteer.

I looked for her a few weeks ago and found a number of negative reviews, but hadn’t seen this one.
I’m NOT subject to the court’s order because I have NOT been served with it. I only took the link to the site down because the site was gone, so there was no point to the link anymore.
According to the order, nobody at any of my sites could even MENTION Dr. Hollander’s name. And I will definitely argue my case if I am served.

I started a new forum on a NEW system, kindof like the common good bank, but more like PayPal and with a new currency.
If that works, I’d also like to see merchants and professionals like doctors rated, but it’ll have to be a better system than having a people anonymously rate without giving specifics. After all, it could be the competition rating.
And if that new system gets off the ground, I’m sure that there will be ways to have a server in another country for content that’s ordered removed in the US. I’d like it to be an international organization.
