Eliminating the FDRS debt elimination SCAM
I started a new forum:Eliminating FDRS (Federal Debt Relief System)
If I had money to spare, I’d sign up for their service just to be able to sue them. What a SCUMMY outfit!
I was just reading the BBB complaints:
http://www.labbb.org/BBBWeb/Forms/Complaint/SignificantComplaintsPage.aspx?CompanyID=100054546
… He was authorized to offer her the services of there nationwide attorney network to help her with her case and that FDRS would cover the majority of the cost. ...
Can you believe this? I saw a similar statement in another complaint. You have to pay even MORE to get the services of their “nationwide attorney network.”
I’m going to post info on how / where to sue and serve them and then the early birds get the seed.
They will probably just fold and disappear one day, the office will be empty.
Once you SERVED them, they’ll probably have to appear or you’ll get a default judgment.
You should name the PEOPLE, the company probably has few or no assets.
I’d like to get some info on the PEOPLE involved.
Who is that SCUM?
Where do they live? What do they own?
There’s Dan Lyle, the lying scumbag with his lame legal threats me when I talked to him on the phone. I’m still waiting for his defamation lawsuit.
He is apparently very actively involved in defrauding consumers. According to several readers, he personally did the selling, lying and defrauding.
Who is Tim Roland, Client Care - listed at the So Cal BBB?

Mark Cella is NOT hard to find. He’s usually up in that crappy old FDRS office on Hollywood Blvd. Hours are 10a-7p. He lives in an apartment right behind the office & he used to rent a house up in the Hollywood Hills before the neighbors, the landlord & the cops got tired of his ass. He wouldn’t be hard to serve because there is only one way in & out of that place. Step off the elevator & your in the office. He put up bullet proof glass but everyone has to come thru it. They’re on the 4th floor & you’d have to go to the roof to even use a fire escape. All anyone would have to do is wait him out.
Very few employees work there for any length of time. When they figure out its a scam &/or start asking questions, they get canned & their clients are told that they got “promoted” to another department. Cella is paranoid!
FDRS doesn’t want anyone to know the attorney network they use (not even the employees) but they use: CCDN. They are a bunch of scammers too from what I’ve heard. Look them up & you’ll see complaints about them on Ripoff Report & other sites.
I just started a NEW site about FDRS at http://fdrs-debt-elimination-scam.info/fdrs-fraud-blog/
I didn’t know that Cella isn’t at the house in Hollywood any more.
One problem with serving him is that a process server has NO idea who to look for.
Need a PICTURE of Mark Cella, that’ll help.
It gets VERY expensive to pay a process server to sit around for hours or make multiple attempts to serve. So your description definitely helps.
I just had someone contact me today claiming that he is suing him for past wages.
CDDN is NOT a lawfirm at all. As fake as FDRS.

I’ll be moving this info over to the new site into separate pages that I’ll update as new info becomes available, thanks!
