Equifax rejected order again

Called after I got the exact same error message: "We are unable to currently provide your product on-line.

Please contact our Customer Care department at 1-866-4CWATCH (1-866-429-2824), 7 days a week between the hours of 8:00 AM - 3:00 AM Eastern Time Zone.

Tania: My problem was sent to the technical department yesterday, and they are working on it. It's a "rush" order and I can expect to get my report in 3 to 5 business days. I replied that a "rush" would be 3 - 5 MINUTES, not days.

I asked whether creditors can pull my report during this time, "probably." Creditors have direct access to my database and don't go through a web based interface like consumers.

"Funny how everybody else can get my credit report except me."

Asked whether Fair Isaac has direct access to my report like the creditors (I'm sure they do.) She didn't know. I asked for a supervisor, it took some convincing to be put on hold.

Paula, ID 30431: The technical department is closed on weekends. She also could not tell me why Fair Isaac can't access my file and told me to call THEM.

Paula could not tell me whether creditors can accass my file, I have to call the business department 800-685-5000.

Another half hour wasted. I've had error messages for Equifax orders before, but always got the report within a day.
