James Morrison aka Lizardking threatens to sue me for “RICO, harrassment, conspiracy and defamation”
Here’s his e-mail:

He sent the URL to the first posting [too long to display here]
Just for your info, I am suing James Keener and Jeremy Mauer (http://www.lizardkingexposted.com), for civil RICO, harrassment, conspiracy and defamation. That lawwuit is being filed early next week and we are getting restraining orders against them. My attorney in this matter can easily add you to the list.
I will give you a few days to get all of your postings about me off of your website, then I add you to the lawsuit and will have you nailed also for perpetuating this.
This is your one and only opportunity to withdraw from the process before you are included.
I suggest you delete everything you have posted about me and related to http://www.lizardkingexposed.com .

I don’t recall selling this site to James Morrison or otherwise having any obligation whatsoever to him or anyone else, other than to report accurate facts and clearly label what’s my opinions.
Once again, here is my editorial policy:
Upon written notice (best by email or fax to 571-222-1000) of any false statements I will decide whether a correction is appropriate. You need to provide me with the URL for the page and include the exact excerpt you object to.
The people running the other credit forums are so scared of him, they’re afraid to mention his name!
Of course I know that I’ll NEVER recover my legal fees if he really has the nerve to sue me, the court filings and the evidence show that Morrison is a lying crook and a deadbeat. But I’m wondering about his attorney, is he a deadbeat too? If they file this entirely frivolous suit and name me, I’ll sure go for sanctions.
