I provided you with the page. See above. You posted that info and I notified you that I have a lawyer who is filing a civil lawsuit against the authors of the lizardkingexposed.com website. That website was being used as part of a $50,000 extortion scam that James Keener and Jeremy Mauer were attempting. I am suing them for civil RICO, defamation, harrassment and conspiracy. If you want to be named co-defendant for continuing to be a part of the publication of it, that is fine with me. It will be very easy for me to add you on and we can sort out with lawyers how much involvement you have had in this scheme.
My attorney’s name is Adam Horner in Charlotte North Carolina. He will be the next person contacting you and it will be a summons to the temporary restraining order hearing that we are scheduling for Keener and Mauer next Tuesday or Wednesday after I have one more affidavit from another person Keener harrassed. Because a civil RICO charge is part of the claim, my legal fees are likely to be awarded to me. If you want to be a part of this process, that is your choice. Or you have the opportunity to delete everything you have posted related to me and you can go about your life. I can assure you that the next step will be legal if you do not delete everything mentioning me.
It’s your choice. But I can promise you, you will be sued for publishing ANYTHING that mentions my name and anything on that website which Keener did. I have already spent $5,000 on an attorney to start the ball rolling on James Keener and Jeremy Mauer. Adding you to the list of people sued for defaming me is no problem at all at this point.
You have until tomorrow to delete all references to me or you will be added as a co-defendant and you can join Keener and Mauer paying legal fees on this one. I can promise you that EVERYONE who continues to publish anything related to this issue will be sued non-stop. James Keener is facing criminal charges for extortion because of his attempt to “sell” his website to me for $50,000.

Apparently EVERYTHING I posted is true.
Mr. Morisson is sweating bullets because apparently I’m the only person on the planet not afraid of him.
Why would ANY judge order the removal of the public record filings and web postings documenting how this crook James Morrison lied to the court and defrauded creditors by filing frivolous suits?
I sure hope that’s not going to happen. It’s extemely important to expose the crooks - that’s the best deterrent for anyone just *thinking* about engaging in these despicable practices.
I don’t care whether it’s Wells Fargo, NCO or Morrison:
Jail time for the crooks!
This is shaping up to be another asshole vs. asshole, like Miller vs. Magedson.

You aren’t the only one “not afraid of him”.
Well, the date has come and passed and Morrison did not file suit or request for restraining order. Additionally, his emails to Christine about Keener and Maurer is in violation of the TWO restraining orders against Morrison.
