I finally scanned, redacted my account and SSN numbers and posted the Capital One filings and exhibits:
My complaint with the AZ State Bar and the direct links to some of the exhibits proving the lies and perjury.
The Capital One lies and perjury are perfectly “normal” conduct. As my litigation proves, the judges have NO problem with lies and perjury - the corporations get the dismissals they want. This is NOT the first time and I regret waiting so long to file the Bar complaint.
I already had lawyers tell me that it’s perfectly ok for lawyers to lie, it’s basically their job.
I’ve never seen any references to those “mandatory” lies and perjury on the lawyers’ or the courts’ web sites.
Instead, I read that lawyers are “officers of the court” and held to high standards, including being truthful.
Of course the purpose of this Bar complaint and my filing with the court is to document the corruption of the US legal system. I’m no longer so naive that I expect any kind of action to discourage future lies.
Many of my readers think it’s wrong to lie.
Most want to pay back bank loans despite their financial problems - because it’s the “right” thing to do.
I hope that this documentary will encourage many debtors to discharge their debts or to simply not pay their debts. There are many more important things to worry about than credit card debts, especially if you have a family. The bankers are only interested in their profits and will engange in racketeering and commit perjury to maximize their profits.
We need to lose our scruples—the bankers and their attorneys have NO scruples.
It was strange to be working on this over the 4th of July weekend. My filings and the Bar complaint became my own little declaration of independence.
I lost what little respect I had left for the American justice system, it sure wasn’t much.
After all, I’ve been lied to and screwed over in the American courts for a few years now.
I’m done putting up with this crap.
