Wanted: Experian Kimberly Hughes affidavits and depositions
Experian’s Kimberly Hughes submitted two affidavits in my cases and she lied in both.
I’d like to document how the CRA employees lie under oath not only in my cases, but as a general practice.
Unfortunately, the consumer lawyers FAIL to put a stop to this practice, they don’t want to jeopardize their working relationships with the CRAs and their fat settlement checks. And I don’t know what *** I *** can legally do about it.
Do I have a legal claim?
If nothing else, I’d like other consumer litigants to bring those lies to the attention of the courts and maybe we can get some law that provides for statutory damages when the CRAs’ employees commit perjury.
I’m going to post the two Hughes affidavits and proof that she lied within the next couple weeks.
The FCRA should be amended to be similar to the FDCPA and PROHIBIT false statements in litigation, see Debt collection litigation NOT exempt from FDCPA—Sayyed v. Wolpoff & Abramson
I don’t understand why you need a special law to prohibit lying to the court, but if that’s what it takes, that’s what needs to be done.

What the hell are we evergoing to do?
The federal judges completely disavow their duty to uphold consumer laws. They have nothing but contempt for any individual who dares to bring such matters into their annointed rooms.
They dont care how much perjured testimony they give, outright misrepresentations of fact or law.
Does not matter. The judges are the problem.
