After 12 years I FINALLY got a form that sends a copy of the submission to the sender. I used Freeform 2.4 Form Tag, a free ExpressionEngine module at http://www.solspace.com/ and it does some VERY cool stuff. I just wish I had more time. Many thanks, Mitchell!
