Eliminating the FDRS debt elimination SCAM
I started a new forum:Eliminating FDRS (Federal Debt Relief System)
If I had money to spare, I’d sign up for their service just to be able to sue them. What a SCUMMY outfit!
I was just reading the BBB complaints:
http://www.labbb.org/BBBWeb/Forms/Complaint/SignificantComplaintsPage.aspx?CompanyID=100054546
… He was authorized to offer her the services of there nationwide attorney network to help her with her case and that FDRS would cover the majority of the cost. ...
Can you believe this? I saw a similar statement in another complaint. You have to pay even MORE to get the services of their “nationwide attorney network.”
I’m going to post info on how / where to sue and serve them and then the early birds get the seed.
They will probably just fold and disappear one day, the office will be empty.
Once you SERVED them, they’ll probably have to appear or you’ll get a default judgment.
You should name the PEOPLE, the company probably has few or no assets.
I’d like to get some info on the PEOPLE involved.
Who is that SCUM?
Where do they live? What do they own?
There’s Dan Lyle, the lying scumbag with his lame legal threats me when I talked to him on the phone. I’m still waiting for his defamation lawsuit.
He is apparently very actively involved in defrauding consumers. According to several readers, he personally did the selling, lying and defrauding.
Who is Tim Roland, Client Care - listed at the So Cal BBB?
