IC System settlement conference and negotiations

I just posted all the filings and a major update with the settlement negotiations at http://ic-system-collection-suit.info/2008/settlement-conference-and-my-settlement-offer/

Notably, IC System failed to comply with the federal rules and did NOT provide the insurance policy with its initial disclosures.  Instead, they wrote “not applicable.”

Now they’re asking for the insurance adjuster to appear telephonically.  Lying thugs.
