Portfolio Recovery Associates FTC / AG complaint DRAFT

I’ve been so incredibly busy, I forgot to post the link to the DRAFT complaint about Portfolio Recovery.

On the 14th I faxed the draft complaint to Portfolio Recovery for comments / correction and I posted it at my FTC complaint site.

Tomorrow is their deadline to respond.  They ignored my previous fax and have not returned my call, requesting confirmation of receipt of the draft complaint.

I really don’t understand how they collect any funds when people who call them during regular business hours can’t even get to a person.

Since they are a collector, the complaint will also go to the VA and MN AGs as they are more likely to actually investigate than the FTC.
