Reader mail:  Experian, class action, bankruptcy

We need help and it seems others as well to deal with Experian. Is there a way to get a class action suit going against them as it appears they hurt more than just those of us who filled bankruptcy and are trying to fix our credit to where, by law, it is suppose to be. we would like to buy a home as well but because of them, we won’t be able to for years maybe.
Can you help? Can we use your lawyer? Did he charge much? Can there be a class action lawsuit?
Thanks so much for any help you can give me.

I don’t have a lawyer, I’m way too poor.

And there are many class actions, please do a search here for more info.

“Can you help?”

I already did.  You just need to improve on what I’ve done, that’s why I posted my legal filings, disputes, etc.

And if you’re not capable or too busy to help yourself, you can order my credit services at http://creditfactors.com/.

I also highly recommend that you contact the legislators you voted for and request THEIR assistance and ask them to have the laws enforced.

I’d love to see your correspondence with your favorite politicians posted at http://creditlegislation.org/
