Trans Union attorney Chris Battersby no longer with Musick, Peeler & Garrett LLP
Just got an email from Donald Bradley, he’s taking his place again. He requested the Word file with my 4/19/08 discovery requests so that he doesn’t have to retype everything.
Interestingly, he mentioned that it’s common courtesy to send the electronic requests. Funny thing, no attorney ever sent ME electronic requests, that courtesy is apparently not extended to consumer litigants.
So I sent him the file and asked where Battersby went. I was just about to start my new attorney / judge gallery, featuring these fine people and their accomplishments.
Sometimes I wonder whether the big firms have young and expendable lawyers deal with me and ruin their reputation.
Can’t wait to see the objections and lies in the defendants’ discovery responses, the pdfs:

I should have asked for the electronic responses too, scanning makes the files so large. CreditCourt uses over 2 gb of bandwidth every month, despite having posted mostly small pdfs since we went to electronic filing in 8/05.
