My notice of publication to John Marbett, CSN Mortgage, Seattle

I finally posted the Sky Carson voicemails, the fax, the corporate records, Department of Banking mortgage broker record— I’m ready for some action.

As I wrote in my fax:

I despise lowlifes like Sky Carson and nothing motivates me like being lied to.

Yup, isn’t that amazing.  I also just did a search for CSN Mortgage and it was number 1 too!—ahead of their advertisements.

I don’t know what the Department of Banking will do about the probably unlicensed Sky Carson misrepresenting himself as loan agent for CSN Mortgage—we shall find out.

The junkfax header identified “Carson Financial” and I received two voicemails from Sky Carson in response to calling the 866-868-2843 on the junkfax.  The removal # is 866-673-6402.
Answered by “Capital Funding Group” - please do NOT sue the leasing firm by that name in Seattle.  They claimed to be a mortgage broker, probably a lie.

Mr. Carson left the 206-579-4388 in his messages.

First I spoke with Mr. Marbett

He claimed not to do business with Mr. Carson, but he did admit to knowing him. 

Sky Carson had called me twice, identified himself as CSN Mortgage and admitted to sending the fax.

I then called Mr. Carson, who denied knowing John Marbett.

When I asked why Marbett knows him, he said that many people know him.  After this page gets indexed by Google, a lot more people will know and hopefully serve him.

We had an over 20 minute conversation.  I offered to send him the 2 page fax I had sent to Mr. Marbett this afternoon to explain what I do.  Mr. Carson denied having a fax. (Too funny!)

I asked who he works for and what he does, and he refused to provide any answers.

He asked me many questions, including my company name and my address, which I freely provided.

I told him that I had his voice messages and I explained about my websites.  At one point he referred to the “call center” making an error. (Ahhhh, “the call center")

When asked why he identified himself as CSN Mortgage, he did not know.  He actually implied that he could be on medication and not know anything.  Is he going to try for an insanity defense?  This isn’t a MURDER investigation - what the hell is he thinking?

He kept saying that he did not understand what I want.  Several times I told him that I want a check for $1,500 and his promise to quit sending out junk faxes.

As always, I explained what I do at my web sites, that I publish info on junk faxers, my complaints in the courts and with Department of Real Estate or Banking, etc.

While he claimed not to have internet access, he was eager to get this URL.  And he called me an extortionist.  Of course he can file a counter suit for extortion, that would be interesting.

I give these idiots a chance to just QUIT and PAY UP and they call it extortion.

I don’t think I’ll be able to serve him prior to discovery and possibly deposition of Mr. Marbett, as the ID on the fax reads “Carson Financial” and Carson Financial is not listed anywhere, has no business or any other license I could find and isn’t in the phonebook.

So, I’ll amend my complaint to include CSN Mortgage, John Marbett, Carson Financial and Sky Carson—somebody will be held responsible for those junk faxes. 

Marbett can of course countersue Carson for misrepresenting himself and whatever else ... that’s just fine by me.

Based on the information I currently have, I believe that CSN Mortgage hired Carson Financial to get leads.  Carson Financial is apparently not just a lead generation junk faxer, but Carson personally called me twice, indicating that he has a much closer relationship with CSN than just doing marketing and providing leads.

It’ll be interesting to see how the WA Department of Banking views those arrangements and how they handle complaints.

Mr. Marbett was concerned with the bad publicity from my publications and I invited him to fax a statement clarifying his relationship with Mr. Carson for publication.  I will of course post it for your review if I should receive it.  If he doesn’t fax anything, I’ll consider it an admission of his business dealings with Carson.

Later tonight I’ll post the Sky Carson voicemails and the junk fax and I may add some more info about the calls here - got some other work to deal with now.
