Baker v. First Magnus - remanded to justice court
I haven’t been doing much with faxes since I once again was the victim of Justice of the Peace John Taylor. This time I appealed and it took 6 months to get the superior court ruling to remand to justice court.
It is incredible how First Magnus lied and their attorney Ali Farhang with Fennemore Craig is one of these bottom feeding scum sucking lying lawyers.
So, I’m ready to schedule depos and I really wish I knew more about AZ rules. Having been mostly in federal court, this is hard for me. I’m just glad I got to practice deposing with the Experian employees, so I’m ready to document their lies.
I’ll probably amend my complaint too.

Dear Mr. Farhang,
I just received the superior court’s order to remand to justice court for further fact finding.
1) Is Mr. Fish still working at First Magnus? If so, I would like to schedule his deposition ASAP.
2) Who was Mr. Fish’s manager during the times relevant? If still employed with First Magnus, I would also like to schedule his/her deposition.
3) I also need to depose the person(s) responsible for First Magnus marketing, compliance and the persons who take and possibly investigate complaints from junk fax recipients.
I would like to schedule the Fish and his manager’s depositions first, in Phoenix on the first available date of the week of 12/4/06. I believe the other deponents are in Tucson and I’d like to schedule those depositions about a week later.
Lastly, when can I expect the responses to my discovery requests?
