Health One - National Way Healthcare update
The judge recently ordered that Health One has to reply by 11/1/05 after previously dismissing for my failure to timely respond to their motion to dismiss.
I had used the date the Health One CEO Wes Long signature was notarized on his affidavit, which happened to be 4 days AFTER the certification of mailing.
This is all pretty strange. I asked that National Way be added as defendant. I wouldn’t mind suing them all in TX since I could use the TX AG complaint against other health plan scammers to model my UDAP claims after.
We’ll see what happens in November.
