Filed my notice of appeal for the 2003 suit - American Agencies, Experian, CIC
I’m only appealing the order regarding the court’s refusal to seal or at least order redaction of the credit reports Experian and ConsumerInfo.com filed on PACER, for download by the general public at 8 cents/page—leaving me no choice but to dismiss my case in exchange for removal of the reports.
Isn’t it amazing how all of a sudden the court, Experian and ConsumerInfo.com had no problem sealing my credit reports?
Can’t wait to see what the appeals court has to say about that.
I do intend to sue the court, Jones Day, Marc Carlson (the attorney who filed the reports) and Experian and ConsumerInfo.com in a new suit, but really need some advice about where to sue and what to sue for. I’ve been told in the 2004 suit that negligent enablement of identity theft is not an AZ cause of action.
An EASY way to find out what my claims are would be to post THEIR credit reports—if anyone can get me the credit reports or has suggestions on how I can get the Experian reports for judge Broomfield, Marc Carlson, Kimberly Hughes, Experian and Jones Day executives, etc.— please contact me privately. For starters, I need their home addresses, any help is appreciated.
I’d LOVE to post their credit reports on the web.
I’m also appealing the order granting the American Agencies motion for summary judgment - granted in part because Experian’s Kimberly Hughes declared that American Agencies did not receive my credit reports even though that’s what my Experian credit reports clearly state. Notably, in the deposition Ms. Hughes finally argued that it did not matter if American Agencies received my credit reports.
There were other issues I considered appealing, but I also made so many mistakes. For the most part, I get another chance in my latest suit.
I live and learn.
