Member benefits, posting guidelines and terms

8/25/04:  I will update here as policies and member benefits change.

About CreditSuit.org

The purpose of creditsuit.org is to promote awareness of problems with credit reporting, credit scoring and the legal system as well as the corruption of the executives, regulators and legislators who know exactly what is wrong.  Most legislators and the so-called regulators in charge of enforcement of consumer protection legislation have sold out to Corporate America.

I publish my suits to document my legal experiences and hopefully readers will learn from my mistakes, file their own suits and succeed where I failed.  *Somebody* needs to file a RICO suit against the CRAs, Fair Isaac, Capital One, the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond and VP and General Counsel James McAfee.

8/16/04: My response to the FTC request for public comments on how to study credit scoring.

I am NOT a credit bureau or creditor.

Please do NOT post requests for credit reports, statements or whatever else.  I am continually amazed by readers who submit their SSNs, names and/or addresses.

Don’t ever do that at ANY public forum.

Even if you e-mail your personal data, I still can’t help you with your CRA login or disputes, and it’s definitely not ME who is reporting on your credit.

Repeatedly readers have claimed that my websites or e-mail were listed on their credit reports.  I believe that when I see it.

Membership Benefits

Member comments are posted immediately.

Unregistered guests may also submit comments, but they have to verify that they’re not spam bots by typing the word in the captcha image and I review the comments prior to posting.  When I’m very busy it may take a day, but usually you can expect to see your comment at the site much sooner.

Editorial Policy

Comment posting is a privilege and I’m looking only for *constructive* comments.  I don’t mind a discussion as at Collection attorney opinion—as time permits.

If you are rude or I don’t understand your posting or you make recommendations such as “Pay your bills and quit whining” or you submit spam or infomercials, I will probably delete your comment - especially when I’m too busy to respond.

My websites are privately owned and that’s why you do not have the *right* to post.  I have the right to express *my* views at *my* sites and I’ll often have the last word.  That’s how private property works and you can express *your* views on *your* site or car or house ....

It is my policy not to pay my bills TWICE, and I hope you don’t mind.

I have the cancelled checks for my Pacific Bell (American Agencies) account and for GTE (Verizon).  I have proof that T-Mobile received my cancellation and deliberately refused to close my account.  I had to sue Quest to refund my $100 deposit.

Am I the only consumer with so many billing fraud claims?

I sued the FTC, FCC and the FRB Richmond, yet they still took no enforcement actions.  The government gives the corporate scum the green light to defraud us.  If YOU haven’t had any of those problems, it’s most likely because you didn’t notice it.

Spam and Infomercials

I have ZERO tolerance for SPAM and infomercials.  A $50 handling/deletion fee applies to each violation of the CreditSuit.org terms.

I strive for accuracy in my publications

Should you find any incorrect statements, please post a followup comment.  You may also contact me via e-mail to or fax to 571-222-1000.

Legal

Any legal action or proceeding concerning my sites must be brought exclusively in any court with jurisdiction in Mohave County, Arizona.

Disclaimer

I am NOT an attorney and I obviously don’t give legal advice.  I am posting my legal experiences, my victories as well as defeats, so that you can learn and hopefully you will prevail on claims I’ve lost.

About Attorneys

I am aware that I don’t have much good to say about attorneys.  However, not all attorneys are scum and I received quite a bit of positive feedback from attorneys in private e-mails.  As always, you have to evaluate each individual.  I try not to generalize, and if it sounds like I hate all attorneys, that’s not so.
