Who are Mark Slagle and Sheri Slagle (FKA Sheri Cardella) - the American Agencies owners
In the 90’s I helped clients track the real estate owned by people and corporations, it was exciting to figure out how they were trying to hide assets in various corporations. Unfortunately, I don’t have access to those databases anymore.
Just ran a quick google for “Mark Slagle” and already the link to this blog was #4 on the first results page. Google sure is up to date, here is the 6/19/04 posting about the filings from the Secretary of State.
I didn’t find anything else for Mark Slagle, Sheri Slagle, Sheri Cardella or Robert Cardella. He showed up on one of the first filings as registered agent. I’m also looking for more info about Tom (Thomas) Wells in the American Agencies legal department.
All the addresses on the filings are the Torrance business address:

They probably live somewhere in the area, and if you’re in the real estate/mortgage biz and have access to real estate databases, it sure would be helpful if you ran a search and let me know what you searched for even if you don’t find anything. They probably use trusts, but maybe they or one of their “entities” own the office building.
If I had more $$$, I’d hire a PI to get some pics and more info. Please post or e-mail any suggestions.
