Barry Bursey, Jason LeRoy, Monica Derrick and Gina ScaleseIn summer 2012 Midland Funding sued me in Kingman justice court. I prevailed as the statute of limitations had expired. I discovered that Midland charged interest for time PRIOR to its purchase of charged of accounts.
I sued and judge Campbell quickly dismissed ALL my FDCPA claims. Judge Steven Logan was assigned and quickly dismissed my FCRA claims.
The 9th circuit court of appeals reversed and I hope to finally get to the jury in 2020.
