I will fight their harassment with all I got.  I have NO time to waste.

Although they sure managed to waste my day, between their insulting offer of judgment and this crazy request.

I don't even know how any court could ORDER to me to spend a ton of money to travel to Phoenix.  Have to do some research and ask around.

After all, we already had a settlement conference.  I foolishly agreed to it and will NEVER volunteer to travel for these BS settlement conferences -- set up ONLY to wear me out and waste my money.

I was the IDIOT who rented a car to drive to Phoenix and paid for a motel while NONE of the parties showed up.  The local attorneys attended to WASTE MY TIME AND MONEY.

Maybe I should ask the judge to make the final offer and our multiple subsequent telephonic and email settlement negotiations public. 

It's just so aggravating to have to deal with this crap on a day when we ALL should be working on the discovery issues.
