2019 Discovery -- the Midland & Bursey Responses and our discovery disputes
It's been HELLISH -- a rerun of 2014 when I got railroaded and didn't get ANY answers from Equifax after agreeing to file a motion to extend the discovery deadlines. While no defendant objected, judge Logan DENIED the motion and I was so screwed. Let's see how judge Logan responds to my request for assistance with getting substantive answers.d sanctions this time.

Baker v Midland Funding, MCM and Bursey & Associates
In 2013 I prevailed in justice court when they sued me for an HSBC credit card and then I sued them for FDCPA (expired SOL, unfair practices during litigation). They removed to federal court, judge Campbell dismissed ALL FDCPA claims, but by that time, Midland had verified the incorrect date of last activity with Equifax and I amended my complaint with the FCRA claims. Then judge Logan got my case and dismissed those. After the appeals court reversed in 2018, it took about a year for judge Logan to deny the next round of motions for summary judgment. Then I got only 3 months to conduct discovery and of course the defendants gave me next to no meaningful answers.
