The court rules require that filed documents must be searchable and it's so nice to be able to copy / paste.

However, those rules don't apply to discovery and while I sent my Word documents to attorney Buchinger so they didn't have to retype everything, she sent me SCANNED documents.  Apparently they can't afford a decent printer / scanner at Dickinson Wright as some lines are barely readable.

Of course I didn't have time to retype everything and I dislike using OCR copied text from poor quality documents because it could be wrong.

So I sent her an email last night, just referencing the numbers, and then instead of RESPONDING to my quoted email, she sent me a once again SCANNED letter.

You can't make this shit up.

Attorney Buchinger REFUSED to properly identify the supplemented verifications with dates and case / document references.

They are a WEEK late.  I don't even have all of them yet!

I cannot wait to get to the jury.  If I make it, it will be a VERY long trial. 

So many questions, so few answers.

This corrupt court system is NOT working for the little people like me.

I don't know how I can possibly retype everything, been LITERALLY working 16 hours/day this last week.

Labor Day weekend I worked 14/hrs day. I answered EVERY one of their questions.  I'm the village idiot 🙁

If there is a hell, there is a SPECIAL place for these attorneys.
