Please SHARE my posts with others who might benefit from my filings and docs.

We have 215 docket entries as of today and I plan to post many key docs here.  If you have a question and/or need a specific document, please let me know.

I will set up individual forums for various projects and here is a summary of issues.

I'd like to get Monica Derrick disbarred for her outrageous misconduct in justice court.

And then there are the attorneys who condoned her vile actions, Jason LeRoy and Barry Bursey, but he already retired.  They covered up for her and TO DATE they refuse to address this issue.  I suspect that Bursey & Associates STILL has attorneys attend mediation hearings without their clients in violation of mediation orders.

Maybe there ought to be RICO charges filed. Racketeering, conspiracy, collusion, ...

Cleaning up the corrupt Mohave County justice court.

It's unbelievable that the mediators CONDONE the attorneys badgering unrepresented consumers like myself in the mediation hearings -- in violation of the mediation orders!

If you have any pointers on where to start, please contact me.  Of course I have to finish my discovery crap first, but I'm hoping for a few slow weeks until I have to respond to the next round of motions for summary judgment.

Do I contact the AZ AG?  Where do you start with corrupt courts?

Contacting the AZ AG regarding his settlement with Midland.

Why did he sell out the Arizona residents who got sued by Midland?   Illinois made Midland REFUND and VACATE judgments.

I'd like to see every single Midland lawsuit audited for falsified and unauthenticated documents and expired SOL.

Or, just vacate them all, as punitive damages and send refunds to consumers who settled judgments.

All Bursey & Associates suits on behalf of any debt buyer need to be audited.

As I reviewed their discovery responses, I concluded that they STILL submit unauthenticated documents and make misrepresentations to the courts and to the consumer defendants.  They see absolutely NOTHING wrong with the way they treated me 🙁

I'll start with a Bar complaint.  It's been a long time since I filed one and it's always interesting to document the corruption of the Bar.  I so wish my old credit blog was still up.

Let's put Encore, the Midland parent company, out of business.

There have been so many enforcement actions and settlements.  What does it take to shut them down?

Even more important, how can we put some of the key people in PRISON for their massive fraud?

When investors get defrauded they file class actions and occasionally some fraudsters go to prison.  Not very often, but it happens.

Of course the people who get sued by Midland aren't rich, so nobody wants to represent them.  And our so-called justice system simply doesn't allow for justice for the little people.

We need major changes.

2020 is an election year and Elizabeth Warren was my hero around 2008 when she advocated for the little people and documented collection abuse on videos I can no longer find.

I don't know what she's like now, maybe she got corrupted when she became a politician. But she kicked ass back then and was instrumental with establishing the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.

Trump appointed as CFPB director the guy who introduced legislation to shut the CFPB down.  I read that he essentially turned the CFPB into a lame duck.

But, times are changing and I'd like to bring these issues into the campaigns.  We don't just need a CFPB on steroids, but we need NEW legislation, seriously enhancing the FDCPA and FCRA and most important, a special set of rules for consumer litigants, along with special judges who understand and appreciate the importance of these laws.

We need simplified plain English rules and any attorney or party pulling crap like my defendants and their attorneys should be SERIOUSLY sanctioned.

The Consumer Law division -- something like that.  Like the bankruptcy courts.

I'm not a Democrat and don't care for party politics, but what's going on in the US is simply not acceptable.

If you're politically active and interested in making consumer rights an issue, please contact me.
